Most MapHacks are detectable.
I'll try this one to give you a more definitive answer.

As long as you aren't using certain functions in the MapHack (such as the one that shows monsters on your map) then it should not be detectable. However, there is still a chance that you would get detected using it.

The real question is whether or not Blizzard is going to bother doing anything about it.

this maphack has had no detected people yet.
i have used it for 3 moths now....
havent got ne thing gone.
cd key isnt banned

for some reason it doesnt extract the d2maphack.exe whenever i try it, oh well. stings mh hasnt failed me yet and ive had it for a good 6 months now.

I've used stings since the day it came out (sept 22 2005 or something like that) and i've had no problem with it.

though i did quit last march and started back up again about a month ago

Yeah, apparently there was a mass MapHack banning back in August. I was told that Sting users got huge kickback from that one. Although it was only temp-ban, it was just enough time to not expire most the accounts.

I have been using Stings MH for 2 years and it is fine.
And like what was said above, you have to disable some
things like show items and show monsters.
And so far it worked for me.
I haven't been caught and i use it everytime i am on

hey can any 1 send me a copy program cause i can seem to find any and i really want to copy a friends cd plus my friend also wants a copy cd cause his cd is sorta fucked up...

i agree i need a copy program as well. and i can't seem to work the bloody mh it will only open when diablo isn't runnign . whjen i boot it up the program shuts down.... and ideas

okay, first you open the game. login and everything. when your are the lobby. open the maphack and do what you gotta do. now your done. but if you log out and login with another acc you gotta do the same process again.

thing is, if you get stings MH, you don't have to do that whole thing.
You can open it before diablo, then open diablo and it works. If you change
accounts or something, it will still work.
Only way it shuts off is if you do it manualy

yeah but with stings you cant see other players equipment or see through walls
